Since moving recently to GBPVR 97.09 and switching the database from ACCESS to SQLite this plugin has been broken. It complains about the fact that the database is no longer ACCESS.
First Fix:
I've gone ahead and fixed the plugin by removing the unnecessary connection that it was making. It actually appears that it did nothing other than make the connection.
Second Fix:
The BaseFileDirectory setting in settings.xml (located in the skins directory) has been expanded (changed I guess) to take a list of directories. It no longer allows you to browse through your entire computer. It only allows you to browse those directories. The functionality to browse like the previous plugin broke when I compiled this with C# and .NET 2.0, so I feel this is as good if not better (simular to other plugins). The format is as follows:
<BaseFileDirectory>D:\Videos\DVD\,D:\Videos\Temp\</BaseFileDirectory>
Future Fix:
I'm planning to make the following changes prior to releasing the plugin to the wiki:
- Get DVDDrive from config tab DVD instead of duplicating this setting.
- Get MountDVDDrive from config tab DVD instead of duplicating this also.
- Create a plugin config setting window to allow you to specify settings from the config application rather than modifing the settings.xml
Suggested Fixes:
? Are there any other fixes?
Note: This patch only contains the .dll file so you need to install the plugin using the wiki version prior to using this patch.
