Error in Live TV

From time to time, I got an error message when starting Live TV:

Error:無法連線，因為目標電腦拒絕連線

They are in Chinese, which means "Unable to connect, because the target computer refused to connect"

It causes scheduled recording fail sometimes as well!

Need to restart the computer to make it work!

This is usually caused by one of two things:

1) firewall software is getting in the way of communication between GBPVR.exe and GBPVRRecordingService.exe

2) GBPVRRecordingService.exe has crashed. If this is the case, there is probably an reason listed in the Windows Event Viewer. If you have NOD32, Net Limiter or Panda Antivirus installed then these can cause the recording service to crash.
