Hi,

as I understand any recordings with an older version like .17 does not show up in the Recordings Submenu of a new installation (.18).

But I have a GBPVR recording with .17 that does not even show up in the Video submenu, where you are supposed to be able to play all of the older recordings as well. Instead the folder icon in the upper left corner has the heading "Video" and there is nothing else in the folder. If I select this "Video" thing, I jump up a folder as usual. So I can not play the file at all.

Greetings
Jui

The Video/Music directory configuration changed with this release. How did you set this up?

I have had no problems defining two different video locations and can access old recordings,

Colin.

Hi,

I am fine with defining the Video start folder. And I cann access the subfolders with the recorded programs, but in this one case if I change in the folder it behaves as I described before. The other files can be access in their subfolders as usual, no problem.

Greetings

Hi,

that is my stupid description. So I try it again. [Image: tounge.gif]

I configured a root directory for videos which is the same as in my old installation. In this directory I have subdirectories for the recordings in the way GBPVR creates them. So I have the recorded shows in these subdirectories.

Normally in the video library if you change in one of these subdirectories you have one icon in the upper left which brings you back to the parent directory and icons for each recorded show with a film reel as a symbol.

Now with the latest release I have a subdirectory that has the icon for the parent directory but with a heading "Video" and no icon for the recording. That is why I can not choose the recording for showing as it does not appear at all. But the recording is a standard GBPVR MPEG TV recording with a standard name and no changes done. When I choose the "Video" icon it brings me to the parent directory.

Could I clear it up a bit?

Greetings

I'm not sure I understand what he is saying, but I cannot find any of my recordings. Not even manually. I'm still investigating the conditions, could be a misunderstanding on my part.
