This is repeated hundreds of times in the log, that I attached.
Funny is though: the update works ok, my epg is fine:confused:

edit: Forgot the log (as always)

What does "Unabled to load XMLTV programme: De objectverwijzing is niet op een exemplaar van een object ingesteld." mean in english?

It might be worth attaching your XMLTV file so I can take a look.

Jeesh your quick again.
The error is the wellknown: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I'll attache the xml, ie try not to forget it.

I wasnt able to reproduce the error here with you file, but I can see from the log you posted above that it doesnt like something about the date/time format (for at least some of the shows).

I downloaded the xml just because I was curious to see an epg file from the Netherlands.
I’m not sure if this is normal for your grabber, but there are a bunch of listing references with nothing in them?

That's probably a result of the epgfilter from Ton that I use. I'll have to look into that. Thanks a lot so far. I'll be back if I know more.

About the listing references with nothing in them: They are indeed a result of the epgfilter program. I removed all of them from the xml-file and then emptied the epg, then loaded the epg. No errors. I then (just to be sure) did this again with the original epg file (with the empty references in them). No errors again. So it seems the error only occurs when the update is started through the automatic epgupdate in gbpvr. I now removed the epgfilter to see what happens (tomorrow) during the automatic epg-update.
I'll keep you informed.

I compared the number of empty references to the number of errors in the epg xml file. They were both 212. So it's clear that the errors are a result from those empty references.
So that raises the question why it only happens during automatic update.
Just to be very sure I'll wait till the automatic update tomorrow.
I know I could do an automatic update the next hour or so but I have to get to bed.

Just to confirm: Without the epgfilter the automatic update went fine.
So now I have to figure out how to go from here. I think I'll start with asking Ton if he could change the epgfilter so that it removes the complete entry.
