I don't see any plug-in related errors in these. Can you describe in more detail what the error said? Also, GBPVR rewrites the log files on each run, so you should zip uip the logs right after you see the error to make sure you capture it.
here is what I get on the popup screen.I have unckuded the logs also. If i uninstall thw weather plugin,everything is OK.

With the recent Weather plugins, you dont need to extract them to a specific directory. Instead, you are just supposed to running the included installer application "Weather Plugin Setup.exe". This setup program will automatically install the DLL and skin files into their appropriate directories.
