Manual tuning

Hi, pretty new to this GBPVR stuff but loving it. Only little snag is that I don't receive ITV4 which is a bit gutting now that the Tour de France is on.
Is there a way to manually tune a channel?

I live about 250 yards from the Crystal Palace transmitter and can get excellent reception on my set top box with just a cheapo 'pound shop' aerial. I guess I must have poorer reception with my Freecom DVB-T stick and the little aerial that comes with it.
I can't get BBC3 either if that makes any difference.

Afraid I don't understand much about MUX and such things, so any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry but no. You need to perform a scan to find the channel.

OK, thanks for the reply. I'll try it with the aerial from the TV and go from there.
