Aspect Ratio in config

I think it would make setting up gbpvr easier if you had presets in the config for people to chose from. I find it to be a pain after every update to have to go back and edit config.xml...

And you do seem to have lots of post about aspect ratio settings..

Any changes to these settings would usually be retained during an upgrade, but in the v0.97 release I introduce big changes to the aspect ratio control, which meant changes to the layout of these settings in config.xml.

The vast majority of users would also never need to touch these settings. v0.97 includes all the standard aspect ratio modes for widescreen 16:9 TVs and standard 4:3 TVs.
