0.97.13 sound but no picture

i just upgraded to this new version and first i couldnt get in to liveTV
said something about that the hardware denied it, so i thought i would reboot.
i did and no i can hear the audio and change channels, but i dont get any picture. the only thing i see is the screen where i clicked 'Live TV'.
i cant view any already recorded things either, about a 1second after i click 'Play' it just pops back to the info about it.

I got a hauppauge 500 and previous version was 0.96.12

anyone had this once and fixed it?

When did you get the hardware denied message - during upgrade or from gbpvr?

Can you zip and attach your logs - Which decoder are you using?

Do you have a video-decoder selected in config-playback? Or does it just say default. Try selecting an other one.
