Problem tuning channels

Hi

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this, or if the question is stupid/answer is obvious, but I'm very new to this and struggling to work my way through it.

I've installed version 0.97.13, I have a AF9005 BDA device which when I use it with blaze or arcsoft I can tune to 64 channels. When I try to tune with GBPVR I only get 1 (BBC7). Is there anything obvious that I'm doing wrong?
