Couple of newbie questions

1. When I am in LiveTV mode, how do I pause/FF/RWD using the keyboard?
2. Are the LiveTV files supposed to be cleaned up when you change channels or exit?
3. Is the functionality for the HP remote built into GBPVR? I am using a USBUIRT and would like to use the HP remote to work GBPVR and the USBUIRT to tune channels.

In the current LiveTV mode you cant ffd/rw, but I am working on this. Keyboard mappings can be found here http://www.gbpvr.com/QuickStart/shortcuts.htm

At the moment the LiveTV files are deleted, but are recycled as you chang channels or restart the application. Eventually I'll introduce a ring buffer so that the file never grows beyond a specific size.

You should be able drive GB-PVR with another remote using Girder and the GB-PVR .gml file from http://www.gbpvr.com/downloads.htm.
