Recording failed to start

I have had this a couple times lately, just thought it was a fluke, but now it's happened 4-5 times. I was watching Live TV (Preview Mode), and at 8pm I had House scheduled to record. Live TV switched to the channel for House (ch 11) so I could see it on TV, but it wasn't recording to the drive. I stopped Live TV and went to go back in so I could watch the recording as it happened, but when I clicked on "Watch: House" it just stopped and dropped back to the main menu. I tried this several times, but it just dropped back. I closed GBPVR, restarted the recording service, loaded GBPVR back up and it started to write the file to the disk where I was then able to watch the recorded file play during the recording. I only have the single PVR150 tuner, so it usually kicks me back to the main menu, but several times lately it hasn't, just switched channels to the channel to record, but then doesn't record. Thanks.
