Today, 12-August, I rebuilt gbpvr with .97.13 and got the latest XRecord off the wiki.
Now XRecord fails with a manifest error for System.Data.SQLite. It wants version 1.0.27.1, but the version in the \gbpvr folder is 1.0.30.1

So I checked the folder in which I had gbpvr .97.9 installed. System.Data.SQLite there was also 1.0.30.1, but there XRecord had been OK. So I grabbed the XRecord from which I had built that, which I still had (ZIP file date 26-June; exe date 21-May), installed that in the .97.13 folder, and it was fine.

So, somehow the latest version of XRecord installed on the wiki has reverted to an older System.Data.SQLite, and this causes a manifest error with gbpvr .97.13

I had the same problem too, but I found older working versions of Xrecord in this thread http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=16432.

Similar error for me. Reverting to older version fixed it again.

Well,

I thought my SQLITE error problem had gone, but it hasn't, at least not fully. I downloaded BOTH those earlier copies of XRecord referred to in the above post:
Copy 1 Copy2 but I get the dreaded SQLITE error with BOTH of them

Replacing XRecord with the attached (older installer version that I had, which prompted me to say I replaced XRecord with the older version above) works (I can get INTO XRecord, except, I can't get into Videos (in the Xrecord sub-menu) I just get the "Error: Index was outside the bounds of the Array" message I wrote about in this post.

So end-result:
1. I can use Xrecord with an older working version, but cannot access the Video Sub-menu.
2. If I install the 46b version, there does not seem to be any copy of an earlier System.Data.SQLite.dll (single file replacment) that works for me (If you have a spare one pls post it and I'll try it with the current 46b WIKI version of XRecord!)
3. If I install the 46b version, then try to get into config, I get a massive SQLite/Pligin error (jpg below) click OK and the Menu/Plugins TAB is a complete blank. Reinstalling the older version restores normality.

I also note that there is another copy of System.Data.SQLite.dll in C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\web\bin\

Changing this version with any of the Xrecord ones renders EWA completely inaccessible. Are these two copies independent, btw?

Any help most appreciated. I use XRecord more than any other menu.

I am receiving the same error.

I believe the problem is that GBPVR now uses .net 2.0, and this plugin is still using .net 1.1 (or 1.0).

I tried using an older version of XRecord, and it somewhat works. I get errors with the Scheduler and PriorityRecording does not work, which is my main reason for using XRecord.

The plugin will need to be recompiled using .net 2.0 for it to work with v.97.13.

If I had the source I would attempt recompiling it.

We will need to wait for Jorm to update it.

kchinth2727 you sound like you know what you're talking about, but the Xrecord plugin entry on the wiki mentions v 97.7 which AFAIR needed Net 2.0 also?

This is my understanding of the Xrecord situation:

There are two seperate support issues with XRecord.

A) One is the SQLite using the wrong verion of the library.
B) The other is that priorityrecordings.exe was not compiled with net 2.0 (the other files in XRecord were compiled with net 2.0).

I cannot find a single source that solves both problems.
The Wiki version (0.46) solves (B) but not (A) (so I have been told, but because (A) doesn't work I've not been able to verify that (B) is solved).
The 0.45 version (from the support forums) solves (A) but not (B). (I've verified this)

I don't know enough about GB-PVR and XRecord to figure out if you can solve both problems by taking specific files from each source.

Since priorityrecordings in my main interest in using this plug in, I'm currently not using it.

I've tried something similar to what you describe with mixing and matching libraries but I was unsuccessful. Part of the problem is that GBPVR locks the version of ICSharp it is using so you can't do a quick replace before you run PriorityRecording. I've tried severl different combinations and I was successful at getting all the plugins to work properly but never managed to get Priority Recordings working no matter what versions I tried.
