Can't get itv listings in uk, help please

Have tried updating with all sources that are mentioned on set up pages, but can't get itv listings, can any body help with this issue, or has anybody else, had the same problem.

easiest method to fetch any uk tv listings is to use alan birtles XMLTV grabber utility, which lives here:
http://www.birtles.org.uk/ although link seems to be down at the mo...but when its up, take a look.
