Unplugged, then Replugged Cable, Now Overlay is Bad??

So my setup was working perfectly this morning. I moved some furniture and had to unplug the cable cord from the back of the computer and then replugged it back in. Now my screen has the flickering 1 inch bar at the bottom. I've hit F7 and gone through all the overlay options but I can't seem to get it back to where it was (used to work fine on Auto).

Ideas!?

Oddly, just unplugging the cable seems to have caused a change in some system config. By opening GB-PVR Config, changing playback settings and then setting them back to the original settings, now everything is fine???

So: I unplugged the cable and the picture went bad, I went into config and resaved the exact same settings and now the picture is fine.
