I tried testing out the time shifting abilities of gbpvr after I initially set everything up and made sure it was all working. It was cool and worked well, but I stopped it and went back to normal viewing because I wasn't in need of it at the time. An hour later or so I paused live tv again so I could go make myself dinner. After coming back to it I found that the video was frozen where I started the timeshift, and the program had not brought up the timeshifting menu like it had the first time I tried it. Now every time I try to view live tv, that same frozen video image is there, even though the audio is fine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling gbpvr to no avail (including manually deleting the folder in program files). Any help would be appriciated.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

What MPEG2 video decoders do you have listed as options in the video decoder setting in the Config app?

Are you able to record and playback those recordings?

The video decoder options are default and Nero.

I can record stuff and play it back, but it just shows that same frozen image while the audio plays just fine.

[edit] Also if I play the recording in another player it works just fine.

Other users have had problems like this with the Nero decoder. I'm guessing if you install another MPEG2 decoder, and select it, the problem will go away.
