Couple of questions re: requirements and limitations

Hi all. I may have missed something in my reviewing of the GB-PVR website, or the Wiki, but can anyone tell me what the minimum and recommended amount of RAM is for a GB-PVR install on a Windows XP Pro machine.

Also, is there any limit to the number of tuners that GB-PVR will support? Would I be able to, for example, set up a computer with three dual-tuner capture cards and have GB-PVR record from all six tuners at once?

If I missed the anwer to either of these on the website or wiki, tell me, and I'll be happy to go back and re-read.

The more RAM the better. I believe Sub has stated the minimum RAM needed is 512MB. There is no limit to tuner cards other than the number of available slots you have (unless of course you are going USB). Three dual-tuner cards is doable. I have a PVR150 and a PVR500 in my machine and it handles everything just fine. I have been recording 2 shows and watching a third show in timeshift mode with no issues at all. For 6 tuners at once you would need a lot of diskspace
