Help with Logitech Wireless Keyboard config file

Hi, I'm trying to get the "media" button to display and run GBPVR on my logitech wireless keyboard using itouch. To do this I have to update the players.ini file in the logitech\itouch directory, the format and example shown below: -

#{btn|key|msg|emg|cmd|wac},exeName,wndClass,wndCaption,xxx,play_delayplay,pause,stop,prev,next,remove_flags,ShowOSD,menu_item

WinDVD=wac,WinDVD.exe,WinDVDClass,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,0,1,Win DVD

I've added the line: -

gbpvr=wac,GBPVR.exe,WindowsForms10.Window.8.app.0.33c0d9d,GB-PVR,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,0,1,GB-PVR

and restarting itouch but still nothing is displayed on the menu when you hit the media button. I know the Class is correct as I use the firefly remote control successfully with the same class.

Can anyone help ?

I do not have this keyboard myself but here's a shot anyways,
Do you have to add a line in the players.ini file in order to tell it where to launch the program?
something along the lines of

[Players.Run]
gbpvr=path,C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\

I think you need this in order for the software to know where to launch the file from...

also possibly a line in the
[Players.Display] section?
gbpvr=GB-PVR

No, it does seem to be a different type of file , a more detailed sample shown below. Ive also made sure I have set up a path to gbpvr.exe as well.

There are several other forums such as winamp and bsplayer which people have found solutions to their players but none which seems to use GBPVR.

As mentioned I think I have the class of WindowsForms10.Window.8.app.0.33c0d9d and the caption of "GB-PVR" right but not sure of any other settings.

Any clues or pointers would be helpful short of contacting logitech directly.

Hmm, I'm not sure. The class seems correct. I got the same using Spy++ (WindowsForms10.Window.8.app.0.33c0d9d).
Have you rebooted the computer? I know you have restarted the service, but hey..you never know...

Are you using SetPoint or iTouch?

Yeah have restarted as well and still the same. Its the Itouch software I'm using, although I'm not too sure what exactly the "wac" "key" "cmd" etc mean in this file and when to use each one. There seems to be no guide on the logitech site ... maybe this has something to do with it.

I'll experiment a bit more see what I can find out.
