Comskip glitch

To whom it may concern, it seems that comskip will only run on the last file in a string of back-to-back recordings. Would someone verify this and if this is indeed the case, is there a remedy? Thanks!!

Comskip 50 did do that try Comskip 52. I just recorded 3 shows back to back without any trouble. Here is the link: Comskip52

I was using v.52. Also, it seems to want to crash at random just before it completes editing of a file.

Related to this, but not exactly.

I would like to make comskip selectable. When planning a recording it would be nice to have a setting whether comskip should run or not.

I can trick something with a batchfile that renames comskip.exe to comskip.exe.not or so. However, that cannot be done when planning a recording.
