I managed to setup the DVB-T part of this USB stick as capture card by using the following in bda.ini
[Pinnacle PCTV Hybrid Pro USB]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
FILTER_TUNER=PCTV Hybrid Pro* Stick Digital TVTuner
FILTER_CAPTURE=PCTV Hybrid Pro* Stick Digital Capture
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
(BTW the instructions in the wiki Add New Capture Card are mixed up : FILTER_TUNER and FILTER_CAPTURE should be reversed)
Now I'm stumbling upon the analog setup and the editing of the direct.ini file. I used Graphedit to find the filter names and inserted those in a template Pinnacle :
[Pinnacle Hybrid]
INIT_MODE=DEFAULT
INIT_MSP=0
FILTER_CROSSBAR=PCTV Hybrid Pro* Stick Crossbar
FILTER_CAPTURE=PCTV Hybrid Pro* Stick Capture
FILTER_TV_TUNER=PCTV Hybrid Pro* Stick TVTuner
FILTER_TV_AUDIO=PCTV Hybrid Pro* Stick TVAudio
PIN_CROSSBAR_VIDEO_TUNER_IN=Video Tuner In
PIN_TVTUNER_ANALOG_VIDEO_OUT=Analog Video
PIN_TVTUNER_ANALOG_AUDIO_OUT=Analog Audio
PIN_TVAUDIO_TV_AUDIO_IN=TVAudio In
PIN_TVAUDIO_TV_AUDIO_OUT=TVAudio Out
PIN_CROSSBAR_AUDIO_TUNER_IN=Audio Tuner In
PIN_CROSSBAR_VIDEO_DECODER_OUT=Video Decoder Out
PIN_CAPTURE_ANALOG_VIDEO_IN=Analog Video In
PIN_CROSSBAR_AUDIO_DECODER_OUT=Audio Decoder Out
PIN_CAPTURE_ANALOG_AUDIO_IN=Analog Audio In
PIN_CAPTURE_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG Out
PIN_WRITER_INPUT_IN=Input
But the config utility doesn't recognize it and says the device drivers are not installed. After reading various posts I have the feeling that I should modify the PIN definitions, and probably do this by playing with Graphedit. This is really sci-fi to me.
Can someone help ?
Yves
