Comskip and Comclean: Specific Show Exception?

I know you can set Comskip/Comclean to ignore certain channels in their entirety in the .INI file. However, I want Comskip/clean to ignore a specific show, that being Lost on CBS. Is there anyway to get the system to ignore Lost and leave it whole while still cleaning every other show recorded on every channel?

I have the .INI set to delete the original file after cleaning, so I can't just watch that instead.
