webserver?

I am having trouble setting up the webserver part of the program. Do I have to turn on IIS or anything, here is the error I am getting.

Also download .zip from link below to update the web files if using latest GBPVR release

Sorry but not sure what you mean ?

If you mean recordings in the GBPVR interface I haven't ever really checked this as I schedule them from work but the time I get home they are there.
