2 Qs Deleting to bin and IE7

Two quick questions.

Can I make it delete to the recycle bin? I am aware that windows has the limitation of not allowing networked items to be deleted to the recycle bin.

Second:

Does the 98.13b still have an issue with IE7?

Bonus:

Can GBPVR work with recording over firewire? There is a post on a site (I think its HDjunkie.com) about this, if I ever rent a box get this working, I'd like to use it.
