I have been using Gbpvr for over 8 months, and I love it, everything has been working great until a week ago where I started loosing all my guide information at random points in the day, I would update my epg from zapit and it would reload. That lasted for about 4 days and then I was not able to get any guide at all, it would say it was updating and saving, but no guide. I uninstalled Gbpvr and started from scratch, that dint help and was still getting no guide information at all, I have read threw the forms and I cant find anything really related to my problem, I did find one post that suggested to delete the gbpvr.mdb file, I did this and now I am able to load a guide for only a few hours in the day, and then there is no guide data after that. I am using the current version of gbpvr 0.98.13b, if anyone could give me some ideas as to what to try, that would be great. I have attached the log files, I have also checked all settings at zapit and everything looks fine.

It expired about 3 weeks ago and was working fine after I renewed it. It just stopped working out of the blue.

Sorry, I don't know then. I don't have any experience with zap2it myself, but from what I've seen on this forum, it's usually the subscription expired, or a firewall in the way.

I have completely disabled the firewall on my pvr, and have hooked up the Pvr directly to the cable modem. I have uninstalled Gbpvr once again, installed it on a different Hard drive, dint install any plugins or
Skins, I even registered for a new zapit account, still not able to load the guide, when it does load it only displays 4-6 shows. I have tried to reload the epg every way possible, can anyone think of anything else to try??

Jim,

Thank you so much for the quick reply, I have done everything suggested in that post, the funny thing now is that it will load my epg data up to the current system time, so right now its 3:25pm and the epg has loaded up to 3:30pm and i can scroll all the way back to Saturday at 10:00pm will full guide data. I then thought to advance my system time and date forward a few days to see if it would load, but this was not successful.

I’m not sure what to suggest other than the link that has worked for some (for the invalid start time messages in your logs).
Your logs also show that you do have over 400 channels selected, might be a good idea to uncheck all but 10 channels until you know things are working properly.
I know that during high network traffic times it can be very difficult to get listings, you may need to try again later this evening or in the morning.

The only other thing I can think of would be to try a download using xmltv, then you could look through the xml file to see if the listings were downloaded correctly.

I got a very similar problem, here is my thread http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?p=149971

I've tried above MTU settings, and TCP optimizer, but no luck.

I've noticed that I always gets data up to 6 pm CST, so now I've change my update to do every day at 6 pm, so hopefully that will get me going for a while until someone figures out what the problem is.
