How to stop a recurring recording

I currently have a television program set up to record every time it shows up on a current channel and I want to cancel it. How do I make it so it won't be a recurring recording anymore? If I cancel any of them individually it won't keep it from being recorded in the future.

I think you go into "recordings" -> "recurring", and cancel them from there?

Another possibility: Delete it from the pending and I think it will ask if you want the recurring deleted or just episode. I record NASCAR and it tags all the Busch races as well, so I clean out the Busch races this way.
