This seems to be a recent problem. I've noticed that a number of my recordings have failed.

Event log error at 3:58 on 11/11/06:
Faulting application GBPVRRecordingService.exe, version 1.0.2483.34960, faulting module PsiParser.ax, version 0.1.0.0, fault address 0x0000a000.

Logs attached.
