Shows not recording

So this has happened three times in a row now. I'll select a show to record by acessing it through the "TV Guide" section, set it to record and it won't. The System Tray Icon shows up as grey (not recording) but when I go into GB-PVR in Pending Recordings - it says it is recording the show - even though it's not (no file showing up when I access where it should record via Windows Explorer) and then when I go to watch it after it has finished recording - it isn't there. I already restarted my computer - and no luck. What's up?

Not sure, but I am guessign the follwoign error from your recording service log is the problem:

I am guessing that there is either no space on the drive / directory you have selected for recordings, or some sort of permissions thing for the recording service.

I also notice that the recording service is trying to access "D:\Katie Fey\(show name)\" but when it's checking the already completed recordings it is looking in your "My Documents" folder. Which is correct?

Well I tried reinstalling to try and fix it. No luck.

Those latest logs indicate its unable to find the PVR2 USB2 device you've configured it to use.
