I have copied three comskip* files to gbpvr directory and modified the config to enable comskip after the recording.

But nothing happens at the end. What am I doing wrong?

FYI, I'm recording HDTV ATSC stream into dvr-ms format.

Another question.

I manually comskip a file, which seemed to work. I can see it working in the command line window. But when I try to play it, the black bar (versus the green bar) is only for 30 minutes for a 1 hour show. I think it's due to 1080i stream. How do I fix this?

I still haven't solved automatic comskip after recording.

Could you post the generated .txt file?

For an automatic comskip run you need to have the command in your post processing bat file. depending on what you have going something like this.

comskip %1

I think checking it in the GBPVR config only tells GBpvr to use the comskip txt file that already been created. Hopefully someone will confirm this for you.

Thats incorrect. All you need to do is have the comskip executables in the gbpvr directory, and set the setting in config app. PostProcessing.bat is not required for normal operation, and is only really used by people that need to have their own custom processing.

...but, if you do have created a PostProcessing.bat file, then you need to do comskip or any other post processing from this batch file. (ie, it overrides this default comskip behaviour)

I don't have postprocessing.bat. See the attached logs.

Sorry, I'm not really sure. There is no indication in the logs of why comskip would not be run against these recordings.
