SECAM and PVR150

I first like to congratulate sub for this very good software! Thanks!

I live in France were stand SECAM L tv format for standard by-the-air broadcast.

I get a PVR150 to perfectly stick to GBPVR but I can not manage to get a good image for recording (it works fine with wintv2000). In GBPVR config, I add a PVR150-Tuner set to France. I use last drivers from hauppauge.

It is a bit confusing : if I start from off my computer, when I go to live TV, the image is OK which means that secam is well used, but once I start recording (use timeshifting or recording tv), gbpvr switch to PAL standard with blury blue-grey-pink image, and till I do not restart my computer, GBPVR keeps PAL standard even when I go back to live TV! If I close gbpvr and launch wintv2000, wintv works fine with secam, then if I launch back GBPVR, it still remains in PAL!

Then, I read tons of forum threads dealing with secam problem and GBPVR, so my question is : is there a solution for this problem? what is the ForceStandard value for SECAM L?

It'll be some driver bug. GB-PVR doesnt explicitly tell the card it is supposed to be using NTSC or PAL or SECAM - the drivers are supposed to derive this from the country, but sometimes the driver implement this incorrectly.

As you've worked out, you can use the ForceStandard setting in direct.ini to correct this. The value for SECAM_L is 262144.
