Future search and add....

I'm not totally sure how to define this one, so bear with me. Also, for sure the urgency is low, so well down in Sub's list, but still:

I did a fresh install, and lost all my schedules. It wasn't a huge issue (only few), so I didn't bother backing up DB, etc (and I wanted real fresh, no using old DB and config).

However, the issue is that i can't now add the schedules, because we are in the dry season (many series are not airing, or worse, airing re-runs). So, let's take "Prison Break" for example. I can't add it to the schedule.

So - the feature would be, something like a search, and whenever the first time this search returns results, add this one as a schedule.

Am I making any sense?

I think show search might be able to do that, I haven't tried it, but I remember Jeff saying that maybe that was in there....

Does "Show Search" support 98.13? I installed, and although the plugin is in the plugins folder, I don't see it in the config app.

Also, I read the wiki on it, and I don't see any specifics for adding a recording for a show that does NOT appear in the guide (I'm not sure I managed to convey my wish properly: I want to schedule a recording for a show that doesn't air now at all).

i understood you wish, I've been wanting something similar. I just wasn't sure is show serch did it or not....
