does system go into standby during recording?

if my computer is set for standby w/ 30 minutes inactivity, does it go to standby during a 2 hr recording if i don't move mouse?

and once it's done recording, will it go back to standby?

GB-PVR never tells Windows to go into standby, but rather just tells it not to go to sleep while recording. When the recording finishes, Windows is no longer told to stay awake.
