Upgrading resets recording quality profiles

The last few times I've upgraded to a new verison, the quality profiles get reset. I just upgraded to 99.5 and the same thing happened when the config app first started after the install/upgrade. I skimmed through the config.exe.log but didn't see anything related. Is that normal?

I attached the files in the logs folder.

Yes, this is the expected behaviour. It doesnt attempt to retain changes made to these settings.
