0.99.5 not recording!

Recently updated to 0.99.5. I had been using 0.95.11 for about a year wihtout problems. So far most things seem to be working in 0.99.5, but for some reason GBPVR is not recording. I can watch live TV and it tries to record. It creates the directories and the mpg files, but the mpg files are all empty (0 kb)!!!
Any idea?

I guess it would help to post my hardware.
i'm using only analog, cable TV into a Happauge PVR500.

I saw another thread with a similar problem, but it seemed to be with a digital source? MuxChecker says I do not have amu Multiplexor filters installed, but I don't know if that is relevant.

OK. Did some more playing around and found that the zero length recordings are only on tuner 1. I looked at the setup and didn't see anything wrong. I removed tuner 1 and then added it back in, but it doesn't help. So my dual tuner card only seems to be functioning on 1 tuner in 0.99.5. Used to work fine in 0.95.11.
