"Fix" numeric listings

"Fix" numeric listings

I noted in the video library for several episodes I have in order they are listed as:

1.
10.
11.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.

While I could add a 0 in front of the single digit items, it's be nice if GB PVR would do proper "smart" numbering.
