I'm sure it's a pebkac, I configured 2 tuners (PVR-500) so at the moment I can watch TV and record a show. is it possible to set itup to record two shows at the same time?

help is appreciated!
thanks for this great app (besides the freezing on the client side Tongue)

This is what you can do with a 2 tuner card

1 - Watch one thing live while you record another
2 - Watch a previously recorded show while you record 1 or *2* programs
3 - Record 2 shows at once while not watching TV

That sums it up
--------------------------------------
1.6 gig AMD chip
768MB ram
(2) 150 Hauppauge cards
XP (sp 2)
GB-PVR - v0.98.8

yes I understand this. I have one recording now (setup through TV Guide) if I go to the TV guide to setup another show to record it says that all the tuners are used?

You need to be sure your tuners are configured correctly. For Ex. Device #1 and Device #2. I think by default, they both are set up as Device 1.....you can't have the same device number or you'll get an error.

Yeah, what he said - it'll be the device numbers. You need one capture source set as device #1, the other set as device #2.
