When using 99.5 when I choose to record Live TV and select the option to record until I leave Live TV, I encounter an "Object Instance" Error.

Saw a couple of hits on the board regarding a patch for a previous version, but unsure if it applies in my situation.

Logs are attached.

Thanks in advanced!

I think you only posted the logs from the gbpvr-dir, since the last version(s) the gbpvr logs are in separate log dir. If you post those someone can take a look. Sub is on holiday this week.Cool

Thanks - I'll post the logs when I return this evening. I used the plug-in to zip the log files, I guess its not getting all of them.

Funny thing, after I rebooted the machine, the problem went away!

Sigh - I'll chalk this one up to a "windows thingy". Maybe there was an update that happened that I wasn't aware of... I'll have to make sure my auto update for windows is set to "notify" only.

I had that message show up when I have set a recording for something else at the same time span as the new recording. Are you sure that it isn't that you already scheduled a recording before you wanted to record that LiveTV show?

I don't believe that's the issue. I only have one tuner, unless it was a recording that was upcoming is an issue.

I also have just one tuner, but when you schedule a recording and then later schedule another recording that overlap the first, then you have a conflict which might bring up this message (or warning).

Take a look next time this happen that you don't have any recording in TVGuide that are already reserved for schedule in the same time span as you are watching. You could trigger this by setting a recording in TVGuide and then use LiveTV to watch a preview, set it to record show while you are currently watching with keys : <ctrl + k>. If you use "record to end of current program" then it might show up that message as a part of conflict.

*It might be something else that trigger this warning, but since I started to avoid conflict of this type I had have no such warning to show up.* Wink

Thanks everyone.

I'll use Blizzard's suggestion and see if the message pops up again.
