When watching live TV with preview mode off, and I change channels, the video will pause, then speed up, back and forth for about 5 seconds, then play just fine. Audio sounds fine.
Problem occurs with both Nvidia PureVideo decoder and Intervideo (came with PVR 150). Problem also occurs regardless of rendering mode (VMR 9/ Custom/7/Overlay). CPU usage doesn't spike at all. Have tried a bunch of quartz.dll's as well.
I've got an Athlon XP 2200+, Nvidia 6200 video card. Once the initial stutter is through, video/audio is smooth as silk.
Logs are attached. Only think I noticed was in GBPVR.exe-native.log...when the problem occurs (in this case, changing channel to American Idol), there are a bunch of "Forcing VMR9Custom update" entries about a second apart. Not sure if that is useful.
Thanks for your help. I love GB-PVR!!!
