Hey Folks.

Well, I'm rapidly filling up my hard drive and can't believe I've only been using GBPVR for a little over 3 weeks now but I appear to have broken it!

It works fine for all my other recordings but when I ask it to record BBC1 it seems to stick at whatever megs in the file and the icon in the taskbar stays green until I restart the service. It also still believes it's recording the programme I asked it to when I check the status.

Any clues?

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Interesting. It's not happened to me recently but did when I first got my dvb-t card. I was experimenting at the time, with starting recordings going and killing them off, checking things out.
The icon would be green, "show status" would show it recording, explorer would show the mpg file, but not increasing in size. Looking in the menu, it wasn't in 'pending' to kill off, nor was it in 'whats new' the only indication of the file was in explorer. Then this all went away. I suspect it was an iffy plug on my aerial cable as it hasn't done it since I sorted that out. Up here the BBC group is the best signal of the lot and I think that is the usual situation.

I have this problem when the signal strength is bad - always on certain channels.

Re routing my aerial leads to ensure they dont cross any power cables helps a lot though.
