Hi,

I inttended using this software on my new nova T-500 but after downloading I tried to install but it came up with an error message wouldn't even install. Sorry can remember what the message said. I am running XP Pro and already installed the net 2.0 thing.

The error message would help.

ok I downloaded file gbpvr09905 and when i double click it says: This installation package could not be opened contact vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer pack.

I'm not sure if it happens with msi files, but if you're using IE with 'Use HTTP 1.1' enabled, I know that will screw up zip files.

If you are using IE then try turning HTTP 1.1 off. If you're not using IE then try another browser or download manager.

What you've said, definitely suggests corruption at download time.

Thats not been a problem since we moved to the current web server, and only ever affected the forum downloads, not the gbpvr.com downloads.

Check filesize? For me it's at 12,130,816 bytes
