vmr custom mode-no osd

in 99.12, the vmr9 custom allocator seems to be also using fullscreen mode, as it's not respecting my zoom/placement settings as it used to,i checked to make sure they're still there, it just doesn't seem to honor them...
it looks just like vmr9 fullscreen exclusive...
and no osd at all in either fullscreen-vmr9 or custom alloc. modes..
[it used to work with custom renderer]


also, wasn't that already available with the <VMR9CustomUseFullscreenExclusive>true setting?
setting those to false in config doesn't seem to change anything..

and i looked in config.xml and the settiings don't change when set in config.exe

I dont know off hand. I'll need to look into it. The 'VMR9 Custom' and 'VMR9 Fullscreen Exclusive' are entirely new code, written from scratch in v0.99.12.

The code that was previously 'VMR9 Custom' had to be removed to make way for compatibility with Fullscreen Exclusive.

This was a previous attempt at it which never really worked. It would crap itself after the first video was played. That setting is not used in the new stuff. 'VMR9 Custom' and 'VMR9 Fullscreen Exclusive' are entirely new code.
