Black screen after hibernate?

Does anyone else have this problem with v0.99.12? When my machine comes out of hibernate the screen is black and I have to taskmgr and kill gbpvr.exe, then load it back up. This is only happening with the new version.

This is a known bug with the new VMR9 Custom and VMR9 FSE exclusive options in this release. I'm working on a fix.
