I just installed GBPVR last night after trying snapstream for awhile. Heard about this PVR on one of their forums. I have installed the software and set it up to the best of my ability. Live Video on most channels (oddly enough, the etv channel works fine) is very bad. Skips all the time. Audio is fine and fairly in sink with video. But it is dropping alot of frames. I have a KWorld ATSC 110 card, 2.4ghz p4, GEForce 5200, 1gig ram. I have gotten the card to work fine for Snapstream, I just wanted to try out another software maker to see if there was anything better. My search so far has led me to think my problem may be with the multiplexer. When I run the BDA MUX Checker I get this error message "NO MULTIPLEXER FILTERS WHERE FOUND ON YOUR MACHINE.
GB-PVR will not function correctly unless you have WinXP SP1 or higher, which has a built-in DVR-MS mux filter."
My question is , I am running XP SP2 with most of the recent updates, is there somewhere I can download this filter?
