Live TV issues 99.12

I just installed 99.12 and having some issues with live tv. I'm using a Nvidia Dual TV tuner card. If I use VMR9 whether I'm using time shifting or not when I try to exit live tv it freezes and I have to crt+alt+delete. If I use VMR9 full screen or custom I can exit fine but when I press ctrl q to start timeshifting the screen goes black and I can just see the OSD. When I press ctrl q again the entire screen goes black. I have already applied the VMR 9 custom/full screen fix and I still have the same issues. Can some one help?

Reproduce the problems, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Sorry, I'm not really sure. Nothing in particular stands out in the logs. I'm not really familiar with the nvidia dualtv.

Thanx for the help... its just odd I had similar issue with 0.99.5 where live TV froze on exit using VMR9 but once I changed it to VMR9 custom, that issue went away.... Also in 0.99.5 when using time shifting when I change the channel the video freezes for about half a second then skips foward 2 seconds (like its fast forwarding) is this normal?....also happens 0.99.12.

Yeah can be normal depending on how quickly the card produces data. You may find increasing the 'live tv pre-play delay' improves this.

As for the other problems mentioned above, I found by unchecking "use preview mode if possible" when using all VMR 9 versions the frezzing on exit and after returing from timeshift have gone away. THANX!!
