Failed Recording

I was recording a show from 8-9 and then another show on a different channel from 9-10. The 8-9 show recorded fine, but the second one didn't record. It didn't show up as a failed recording. I looked at the folder and it tried to record the show. I got 2 files. The first one was 0 MB and then another started with the same name with a -1 at the end. That file was 6 MB. I glanced at the log and it did try to record on the second tuner of the HDHR. I'm not sure what happened. If someone could look at the log, it would be great. Thanks

The logs dont show any errors. It sounds like the HDHomeRun drivers didnt produce any data for some reason - no real clues why though...
