Net Radio Sound Dump

Solved.
Is there a way to have Net Radio dump it's output as an mp3 file?

There is no recording function, but if you happen to have <UseWindowsMediaPlayerForNetRadio>false</UseWindowsMediaPlayerForNetRadio> set in config.xml, then it does create a temporary .mp3 file in the recordings directory while you're listening to net radio. You can take a copy of this file.
