No Video on Client

Recently I have not been able to get any video on a client. The audio comes through fine but the display stays at the Play/Delete/Exit popup window. It has been a while since I used the client for watching shows and I know I have changed things in that time I just can't remember what. I am at work now and can post logs from home if needed.

Thanks,
Taz

Do you have a video decoder installed?

On client or server? Neither of them should have a video decoder installed that I am aware of. If memory serves correct, both are set up to use the system default.

Don't worry about it and enjoy the vacation.

You need one on the client. See if anything is listed besides system default. There are a couple of "free" ones available on the net if you need one.

It worked previously. I don't recall changing anything on the client but I know I have changed things on the server (installed microsofts media encoder, video archive plugin, add video plugin, ???).

I'm sure it'll be the lack of a video decoder. Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the gbpvr.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

Any video decoder options listed on the playback tab of the config app on the client?
