Transcode to NTSC instead of PAL

Hi. I finally got transcoding to xvid working quite smoothly, but the only remaining problem is that it transcodes to PAL instead of NTSC, and I'm not sure what parameter I need to change in the config.xml file to do NTSC. Anyone know?

The default xvid transcode profile shouldnt change the resolution or frame rate of a video file, so an NTSC file should stay NTSC. What makes you think its PAL?

sub, when did you introduce these values? I just checked the config-master.dont-edit-me.xml from 99.12
and the values are:

It might have been post v0.99.12. I cant remember exactly. Regardless, the old setting also retained the existing framerate and resolution.
