comskip - not sure how to fix

comskip tends to work fine for me, but, once every few recordings (1 out of 5, a wild guess) it has times totaly off (usually, when the problem appears, it looks like the times of the comskip are delayed).

Any idea how to tackle this? how to start troubleshooting?

I'm assuming this is just a case of comskip not correctly identifying the commercials. I'll move this to the plugins forum so erik is more likely to see it. If he doesnt reply, you could try posting the question on the comskip forums: http://www.kaashoek.com/comskip/index.php
