Is there anyway I can get a better picture at Full Screen.
Currently it looks kinda Hazy / Blurry to the eyes.

It comes down to the bitrate of your recordings, the decoder you're using for playback, and videocard you're using for displaying it.

Maybe this is a little to obvious but it also depends on the device you are displaying the video on...crt versus lcd etc., resolution support of the display device, pecularities of that paticular model, etc. An example, on my lcd tv (720p) my videos look great, where as on my laptop (~800 lines of vert res), the same video (using all the same other hardware) look grainier.

...and decoder can affect this. Intervideo decoder made my image sharpness very soft, almost blurry. Purevideo decoder made it much sharper.

I agree, the intervideo decoder does tend to soften the video compared to the cyberlink decoders I have used (I haven't tried Purevideo yet).

Not really sure what kinda information to provide but I will try to provide what I know.

I'm using a Sapphire Theater 550 PRO Turner card and have a Geforce FX 5200 (128 DDR) Video card.

As far as LCD vs. CRT..... I am using a Sony SDM-HS74P TFT LCD
at a Resolution of 1024 X 768

Under Software Mpeg2 PlayBack
I have CiberLink Video / SP Decoder selected.

I'm not sure if this card will do Hardware decoding
but if so it doesn't list my card in the drop down.
it just list 2 cards. Which are Hauppauge PVR 350 and Sigma Designs X Card.

Under Video Rendering it's set for
VMR9

The Turner Card states this..... Not sure what this means. Is this Hardware Decoding?

Theater™ 550 PRO core
MPEG-2 video encode support
MPEG Audio Encoder with sampling rates of up to 48khz
Dolby Digital 2 channel encoding
Programmable filters
NTSC/PAL
Motion adaptive 3D Comb Filtering
World-Wide Audio Decoder
16MB DDR memory controller

Make sure your video card is outputting at 1024x768

Does increasing the bitrate in Config hep:

In the "capture sources" tab, edit your capture card and modify your "Quality Profile Settings"

You can't be use hardware decoding which was only supported with the 350 and xcard - support for these is now somewhat discontinued

Well, I went into my Video Card Control Panel and it states that
it's outputting at 1024 x 768

Went into my GB-PVR Config gui and looked in the "capture sources"
tab, edit your capture card and modify your "Quality Profile Settings"

Your monitor has a native resolution of 1280*1024.
LCD screens only tend to have a clear picture in their native res.
I find using 1024*768 on mine makes everything a bit blurry, especially text.

I have noticed my Text being very jagged in 1280 x 768, is that the reason?
I thought that was just the new monitor ( LCD ). I had a CRT before and it seemed
to look better than the LCD.

I tried using 1280 x 1024 but everything becomes very very small.
Example Text, Icons, ect. is this normal? Is there a way to make Text/Icons
larger at this Higher resolution. Currently I have it set at 96dpi.
I honestly may not have this monitor set up properly. I just plugged her in
and she looked pretty good at 1024 X 768 so I didn't try to tweak it.

My Picture did seem to improve though.
