HVR-1600 QAM drivers (3.4d1)

I have been trying to download the hauppauge QAM enabled beta drivers for the HVR 1600. I can never get a successful download. These are the ones labled 3.4d. Has anyone else had problems downloading from thier site? My download will just go real slow for a couple of hours then say it is complete with only a small fraction of the file actually getting downloaded.

My internet connection is pretty solid and never really have any problems downloading from other sites.

Does anyone know where these drivers might be mirrored?

I just downloaded the file hauppauge_cd_3.4d1.zip from their site with no problems.
Is this the one you're referring to?

That is the file. I finally tried a new approach. I bypassed by internet provider (time warner) and used employers internet connection instead. It downloaded in just a couple minutes.

Are installation instructions on thier site correct for Vista? Them seem very specific to XP.
