Pardon this stupid question, but I think I may have missed GB-PVR class 101. Can GB-PVR use multiple hard drives/drive letters to store video?

When I first played with GB-PVR a year or two ago, it appeared that one could only save video on one hard drive in one directory.

Looking at the configuration screen, can one add more than one directory, more than one drive letter? Let's say I have 3 500GB hard drives... can use all that space without resorting to dynamic disks so it's all one big drive? Using the three 500GB hard drive example above, can I save 500GB on say, the D:, E: & F: drives in different folders?

Again, please excuse me if this is a "duhhhhhh" type of question. I could not find the answer digging around the wiki or forums...

You can have video library directories on several driver for playing back files, but it'll only record to one specified hard drive.

I think the Video Archive plugin can be used to achive recordings from the default drive to other drives, which may help you.

here's my batch version if you want something simpler..
http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=197150

just a batch file and sqlite3.exe
you use it from the video library transcode button profiles..
you can have as many destinations as you wish to add...it's all manual setup but pretty simple and self-explanatory..Smile

let me know if you need any help with it..
